Poor, overworked, overpaid government workers!
If each one of them only inspected 2 businesses a day they would "work" 188 days a year, 72 days less than the average employee. Yet R.T. wants another million dollars from business owners. No wonder no one dares take on new employees. Don't expect spendthrift liberals to understand this!

In most instances, there is a reason these people work for government. They would last about 30 seconds in the private sector.

With an attitude like that, it's no wonder that government workers cop an attitude.

Similarly, moral has declined ten-fold among public workers in Wisconsin. More teachers retired last year than any other year ever.

How would YOU like to work in a job where people take potshots at you all day long, even though you work very hard at your job?

Government workers cop an attitude because they can't get fired.
You don't get out much, do you. I guess you have never seen 8 city workers filling a small pot hole or the videos where they are sleeping in trucks, leaning on shovels, etc. You should check out YouTube or Google before you make an ass of yourself again!

I can see why the morale has declined among govt. workers, I'll have to take your word on the decline of morals - though that seems probable. If you have ever worked for the govrernment, Fed or State, you'd know there is a tremendous amount of waste - bureaucracy, redundancy and a disconnection with the reality of cost that permeates govt. jobs. That has never changed.

What exactly is a "man's job" sexist pig? LOL Thanks to affirmative action, about half of the city truck drivers and laborers are women, so your stupid comment makes no sense, as usual!!!

Excellent math. Numbers like these don't lie. No wonder people have a problem with public employees.
