God made cops so firemen would have heroes.
Ohio Cop Caught on Camera Terrorizing Family in Bizarre Video “Cop pulled somebody over and blocked neighbors driveway, and then the neighbor comes home and asks cop to move vehicle..this is what happened.“
I think he forget that his status. He is a civil servant who have to be polite and respect the people he works for and pays him. I think he believes the government pays him, but what about the government without collecting tax from the civilians. This cop deserves 10 years in Jail or something like that. Arresting a kid and humiliating his mother? Will that kid ever believe that the police are good and they work for the country?

Here is some information that didn't come with this news story. The officer initiated a traffic stop because the vehicle he was stopping had altered license plates. During the traffic stop the gray SUV we get to see pulls up behind the vehicle, and the man steps out yelling expletives at the police officer.
Now this may not seem like much but it just became a potentially deadly situation for the police officer. He has a potential threat in front of him, not knowing the driver's state of mind or if there are weapons in the vehicle but knowing that the license plate was altered which may point to a number of criminal reasons why someone may want to do that. And now he has a grown man behind him, the mans girlfriend, and a teenager. The man is verbally aggressive and steps out of the vehicle. The officer doesn't know that mans intentions, doesn't know if he is related to female driver of the vehicle he initially stopped. I can tell you that this is a classic ambush situation for police officers and many have died in a situation similar to this.
The officer detains them all and arrests the male driver for interfering with an investigation and resisting arrest, which means at some point the officer perceived that the male driver was attempting to resist and avoid his being arrested. The girlfriend is verbally resistant as well and the officer still doesn't know if there are weapons in the car and so she is detained as well, though not arrested, and the teenager is brought out of the vehicle and laid on the ground not handcuffed, probably because the officer ran out of handcuffs. Now keep in mind this is a teenager, the people driving him around were either verbally or physically aggressive towards the officer, and he has no cuffs to put on him. We don't know if he is armed, we don't know what he is capable of, and so he gets to lay down like the others until we can figure things out.
Now I can't defend why the first male was picked up by his pants and shoulder, that isn't how we were taught to do it. The woman screaming her head off because she is being patted down doesn't mean anything, people act like that sometimes. She may have been in discomfort because her hands were behind her back but that is a control hold that is taught at the academy and it is reasonable to use that.
I don't know why there weren't other officers there, maybe they were on their way, maybe they should have already been there. I can tell you that in some places your cover unit is 10, 15, 20 minutes away and he may not have had a chance to call for one until he already had them on the ground and cuffed.
I can't give you a good reason why he took the mans phone from him. He may have thought that he was related to the suspects some how and was calling in more friends. That has happened before to the demise of police officers. But I digress.
This sort of footage that starts halfway through an incident normally when force is used and doesn't offer anything beforehand or afterwards does nothing but stir up unjustified anger and hate from those who don't know any better and don't understand what cops think in situations like this and have to deal with or hear about on a regular basis.
I wanted to research this myself and on one blog in particular someone said that because of this cops would have to start growing eyes in the back of their heads so they could see him coming, and that even then it would be too late. That person in particular whoever he may be may already be too far gone and may have thought the same had he seen the vehicle drive up behind the officer and the man jump out yelling. However there are many reasonable people left in the world that may have a slightly different opinion on this video if they are afforded the right to all the facts.
Someone once said you have a right to your own opinion, but not to your own facts.
