<quoted text>Those are stereotypes of a certain kind of lesbian. Other than the silver hair, they don't seem to describe this woman.
I choose to judge people by what they say and do, not by what they are. I can't stand in-your-face victims who are first and foremost gay, black, womyn, etc. But, this person seems to have done her job, kept her private life private, and I seriously doubt she has a rainbow sticker on the back of her car or she would have been 'outed' long ago. BTW: I might be slow, but I haven't been catholic since 8th grade. LOL
if short hair was supposedly only the domain of a lesbian. then many a mom who has cut her hair short to keep it out of her offspring hands are then by the troll's definition are lesbians. even though most moms are straight as possible.
.
short styled hair has been part of women's lives ever since the 1920s. when it became fashionable to wear it short. especially when many women found it was much easier to take care of short hair than long hair.
.
long hair on a mom is impossible to have. since many kids are grabby and want to grab what they think are possible toys. or something to explore.

You're as stupid as can be. Where did anyone say that only short hair defined a woman as a lesbian? Does Jamie Lee Curtis eat at the Y? I don't think so. She just gets off in looking like a lesbian. You need to study harder before you respond.

The clause in the contract has been challenged in many municipalities and states and found, for the most part to be perfectly legal. Catholic Schools, as a private institution, have the right, as part of their agreement for employment to put certain restrictions in place. I can tell you, having been on the side of a school which had such a clause, we were forced to let someone go, using the morality clause, when they refused to resign. It held up!
Sure morality clauses CAN hold up, but not when they're in direct violation of the local laws & discrimination. Are you trying to be a fool or simply simple ??

Many Private Schools have the “morality” clause inserted in their contracts. This is allows them to dismiss staff/teachers for cause when these type of situations arise. They are perfectly legal and have been upheld in many courts on several levels. The employee is aware of the clause, often asked to initial it, and often, is given examples of what this clause means. I am not saying this occurred here, I am not privy to all of the details, but it is not uncommon, especially in Catholic Elementary and Secondary schools.
looks like crappy does not realize that when he was talking about lesbians and fill in the blanks.
he did the 'fill in the blanks' in post #28. when he pointed out supposedly lesbians 'advertise' their sexuality. when he used a picture. it was of a woman with short hair.....
.
as well as post 31 ---

<quoted text>Obviously Catholic people are a little slow. The short silver hair lesbian look is always a good clue. Dressing and looking like a man is a good clue. Often colorful stickers are placed on the back of the Subaru Forester. I could continue, but it's time to go to the gym.

.
then the troll turns around and tries to claim innocence?!?! when his own words in earlier posts point out what he thinks about women with short hair.... and about women with grey hair.....
.
plus the idiot does NOT realize that many straight women with grey hair do not use hair dye. because we do not want those chemicals on us. it is in some cases a physical health issue. and avoiding hair dye is the best way to deal with that one issue.
.
plus many women dress 'like men'. especially in various job fields. or to be out in public. wearing jeans, or other types of pants are not a sign of being gay. same goes for button up shirts.
.
in fact, pants during Jesus's time were worn by PAGANS. and many of those pagans were women back then, like in ancient Korea. the 'Roman' controlled areas. men wore tunics that came down to their knees. and a mantle/robe over that. that came down to their ankles. this includes the earliest Christians as well.

Poor neither, big shot volunteer, who doesn't see details or read worth crap....

As far as the statement by the diocese,“Personnel who choose to publicly espouse relationships or principles that are contrary to the teachings of the Catholic Church cannot, ultimately, remain in the employ of the Church,” I assume they're also going to fire every employee who has ever had sex outside of marriage or who has ever used contraception.

After all, it's a matter of principle.
