Affirmative Action employer:Affirmative action is the process of a business or governmental agency in which it gives special rights of hiring or advancement to ethnic minorities to make up for past discrimination against that minority.

If the percentage of minority or female employees in your workforce is substantially lower than the percentage in your geographical labor area, you must state in the affirmative action plan that you are going to correct this imbalance -- and then go do it.

"The rest are only there for the paycheck and generous benefits. Screeners start at $15 per hour, and there is tons of overtime — mainly because they are filling in for the many screeners who don’t bother coming to work. For every 40 hours you work, you receive four hours of vacation and four hours of sick time.

One screener didn’t come to work for four weeks. When he finally reappeared, he asked for another week off. The answer was no. So what did this brainiac decide to do? He took another week off — and didn’t get terminated. "

A relative worked the Newark AP as a temporary TSA screener. He quickly figured out the employees there had NO interest in working.

Disaster waiting to happen.

Funny "former" usually means disgruntled or bad at the job, in your "mind" it means dishes dirt, which has the taint of spoiled moron meat....

Daily Horoscope for May 25

Cancer

Today's Full Moon will have a powerful impact on your health during the next few months. Maybe this is the spur you need to inspire you to take better care of yourself, such as improving your diet, getting more exercise or finally consulting the doctor about something that's worrying you. It will also be the end of a chapter connected with your work, but don't fret because this ending will lead on to a new beginning.
