I'm writing an article about Busted Magazine and other publications and websites whose only purpose is to print mugshots of people who have been arrested. The publications do not take into account if any of these people have been convicted of a crime.
I'm looking for well thought out opinions on this topic.
If this has happened to you or a family member and you'd like to tell your story (I don't have to use your real name) please contact me.

I am the only one one this forum with a 3.8 GPA so my opinion is the most important. We live in the age of wannabe reality star Facebook idiots. Their mugshots should be linked to their Facebook pages.

Arrests, including mugshots are public information so it is legal to publish the i formation. I agree that it is a bit unsettling to the 'innocent until proven guilty' part of the constitution. No, I don't know anyone who has been publishee in this manner. I do know a few people who have made arrests however.

I am the only one on this forum, with a brain, so ignore crassass. It's a bad idea, unless requested by authorities.
