My problem with this is why hasn't ANYONE challenged him on this very issue? All of them can't be worried about an IRS audit.
You are absolutely right ... someone ought to be challenging Obama on this in the US Supreme Court. A year ago, noises were made by some Conservative legislators that they were going to file a suit against Obama, however, I have not seen any action since that time.

Perhaps the weenies in the Republican Party are still looking for their backbone in an election year.

For whatever reasons people like Boehner have backed down on so many issues, you can bet your backside it has to do with money. Somehow, they have been bought off. Either that or they fear being labeled as racist. Much like the dems backed down during the voting to go to war with Iraq. Most of them voted for the war they claimed was bad either for money, or fear of being called unpatriotic. Got to protect their cake jobs, pensions and free health care at any and all costs.

As you might have noticed, it's just fine and dandy if G.W. Obama makes changes to the ACA. Because hey, he has a halo and all and if you don't agree with that logic you are a racist, and a hater, and a bagger. And since maverick, or whatever his name is this week, fell back on the SCOTUS, let us not fail to remind him that the only reason the ACA got by the court, was because the mandate portion was declared a tax, because it is being managed and collected by the IRS. Hence the massive tax increase stories that no one will admit. Not even Obama.

All that has to happen is that Issa traces one targeting of ANYONE by the IRS back to Obama and he is toast. That is one of the issues that nailed Nixon. That is why both the IRS and the White House refuse to produce any subpoenaed evidence.

Speaking of liars. Did I assume too much when you misspelled SCOTUS as SUOUS? Because it was the SCOTUS that ruled that ACA was law and that the mandate was indeed, a tax.

Or were you referring to your personnal sous chef?
Do you even read the stuff you post?

Maybe you should stick to your Village People cover band there, "Maverick".

If a Lib like FBG can deflect and divert from the topic, they can take the focus off the fact that Obama is breaking his oath of office each and every time he decides to not implement a portion of Obamacare.

Now that you mention it, he is indeed breaking the law. The last paragraphs of this article are the most telling.

http://www.weeklystandard.com/blogs/bill-make...

Given the wide margin by which the legislation passed the House, along with the significant level of bipartisan support with which it passed, perhaps the Senate will actually take a vote, pass the bill, and give Obama that chance. That would provide a welcome reminder to the American people of the extent to which Obama’s centerpiece legislation relies upon coercion.

But it also relies on lawlessness—a fact that is becoming more apparent by the day. Within hours of threatening to veto this legislative change to Obamacare, Obama announced that he is again making an executive change to Obamacare, in plain defiance of the legislative text, the rule of law, and the constitutional separation of powers. No wonder left-leaning constitutional scholar Jonathan Turley says that we are at “a constitutional tipping point” and that Congress must act to stop this president’s “dangerous,”“destabilizing”“ag gregation of power.”

Less than one in five Americans say their families will be better off under the new health care law, according to a new poll.
But a CNN/ORC International survey released Tuesday morning also indicates a majority say the Affordable Care Act, better known as Obamacare, will help some people, with 37% saying the law, which is gradually starting to kick in, won't help anyone.
According to the poll, four in 10 say the new law will make their families worse off, while 41% believe it will have no effect.
Seventeen percent think the measure will be a good thing for themselves or their families.
The poll's release comes on the same day as a key element of the health care law takes effect, as Americans without insurance can begin enrolling in state insurance exchanges.
And it comes hours after the shutdown of the federal government courtesy of a bitter partisan battle over the new health care law.
According to the poll, 36% say they won't benefit from the new law but other families will. If you add to that the 17% who believe Obamacare will help them personally, the survey indicates that most Americans see some good coming from it. Some 37% say no one in the country will benefit from the measure.
As the exchanges open for business, 52% say the health insurance system created by Obamacare is a disaster waiting to happen, with 45% saying the system will eventually work.
The poll was conducted for CNN by ORC International September 27-29, with 803 adults nationwide questioned by telephone. The survey's overall sampling error is plus or minus 3.5 percentage points.

Those people may claim to be "Conservative", but they are anything but Conservative. You and I have agreed on one point for years now - vote every single incumbent out of office. It does not matter who they are. Get their asses out of there. I'd rather take my chances with a classroom full of 7th graders than the current crop of politicians in office.

Obamacare fun facts:

Moving to Part Time Work:
The Administration’s experts say employers won’t follow the
incentives and drop coverage. But they also told the nation that employers would not cut
workers’ hours to get below the 30-hour per week threshold for “full time” work, even as
388 employers announced hours cuts since early 2012.

Cutting People’s Pay:
If employers follow the incentives in the law, they will push families
onto the exchanges to buy coverage. This will force low-wage service industry employees
to spend $2.00,$3.00 or even $5.00 an hour of their pay to buy similar coverage.

Target recently implemented a plan where there will no longer be any insurance plans for part time workers. Obamacare strikes again!

Watch for this one in the coming weeks:

The grocery union in Minneapolis is coming to an end of their current contract. The grocery industry has always provided good paying union jobs with great insurance and pension programs.

With the implementation of Obamacare, the increased regulations and costs in a historically low profit industry will cause all the employers to push out full time employees in favor of part timers with no insurance – just like Target did.

The Misery Index is about to rise again thanks to Obama and his Lib cronies.

St. Joseph's hospital restricts Obamacare patients to one insurance carrier, sticking Donald Webb, who is disabled, with an $1800 bill.

An Oswego County man says he's on the hook for nearly $1,800 because St. Joseph's hospital only deals with one insurance carrier when it comes to patients under Obamacare.

Donald Webb, who is disabled and lives near Mexico NY. says he went through the New York Health Exchange last year to sign up with MVP Health Insurance. In January, he underwent two procedures to treat wounds on his leg at St. Joseph's Hospital Northeast Medical Center in Fayetteville. Webb says he showed the staff at the center his MVP insurance card. "they said, MVP? You're good to go, no problem."

It wasn't until recently that Webb found out there was a problem. He did not know that on December 20th, St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center sent a letter to area health care providers informing them that it would only honor Excellus as the insurance carrier for patients under New York State's Health Insurance Exchange. The hospital would be "out of network" for Obamacare patients insured by other companies such as Fidelis, MVP, American Progressive and Health Republic.

DESPERATE for cash, Obama is again disregarding laws - this time the sequester:

The Obama administration has decided that the sequester's mandatory spending cuts no longer apply to part of Obamacare.

The health care law provides subsidies to help low-income people cover some of their out-of-pocket costs. Last year, the administration said those subsidies were taking a 7 percent cut because of the sequester, which imposed across-the-board reductions in federal spending.

But now, the White House has changed its mind. It removed the cost-sharing subsidies from its list of programs that are subject to the sequester, eliminating the 7 percent cut for 2015.

The Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget, which noticed the change, said the reversal would likely restore about $560 million to the subsidies—and require $560 million in cuts to other programs to make up for it.
