Ya, makes me wonder if the media will ever be judged according to the laws everyone else must obey?

Where did the magazine come from that Gregory have?

If he isn't persecuted then how can anyone else?

Is the media above the law?

David Gregory should be CHARGED, PROSECUTED, and CONVICTED of violating such a law. He was caught ON TAPE, so the evidence is CLEAR. Last I heard, "journalists" were NOT EXEMPT from the LAW.

Make him an example, and give him the MAX SENTANCE.
Armed or not, he is a definite THREAT to America's future.

1. He violated a law. This FACT is indisputable.

2. Fact #2. He wasn't "informing" ANYBODY. He was using a high capacity magazine as a PROP to try to embarrass a long-standing supporter of the 2nd Amendment. Everybody knows by know what a 30-round clip looks like and what it can be used for.

I can tell you all this: David Gregory wouldn't be waving a 30-round magazine in MY HOUSE very long without getting the taste slapped out of his stupid mouth, and that might just be a start.

You don't need to wave a 30-round mag in front of a tv camera to get your point across. He violated the law, in Washington, D.C., so he should be prosecuted. Just because he is a so-called "journalist" doesn't make him IMMUNE from the law.
