Coloplast's TIF loss rare in Minneapolis
The failure to meet job targets has caused Coloplast Corp. to lose $600,000 of the $2.9 million in tax increment financing it was scheduled to receive to help with the construction of a $38 million, five-story glass office building at 1601 West River Road N. in Minneapolis.
