Using a step ladder to get a closer look inside the boat, Henneberry saw a small amount of blood and instantly knew something wasn't right. Acting quickly, the Watertown boat owner backed off and immediately informed police.

"He didn't try to be a hero. He didn't yell," Duffy said. "His mind instantly did the right thing."

The Henneberrys were transported to a safe location while police investigated the tip.

YOUR "hero" left the WORK to the union cops.....

Makes you look, as stoopid as usual.... LMAOROFU~!

it seems that the troll ASSUMES that the area of Boston the terrorist was hiding in, was some sort of very large vacant field. when there are many structures on the land there. be they houses, garages, sheds, fences, etc..... as well as other things the folks living there have on their land.
.
it does not realize that the terrorist could have been hiding in one of the living/storage structures like a vacant house. or that the terrorist could have hidden himself in or under a vehicle that was stationary at the time(like many hobos do to ride trains). but had a chance of moving about when the driver of the vehicle went for a drive.
.
I am however surprised that the officers did not employ the usage of at least one bloodhound to look for the terrorist. it most likely would have made it faster to have apprehend the criminal.

Phockin COPs failed to find the bombs before they exploded AND failed to find the last perp without the help of a non-union untrained home owner.

IF the homeowner had a CC permit and a handgun he would have finished off the bomber in short order instead of a 1 hour gun battle with COPs spewing bullets all over the area.

No matter how you look at it the COPs didn't perform very well.

Oh ya obama will be asking for another TRILLION dollars to hire more COPs and buy more hollowpoint bullets for the DHS.

Here I go hurling again)(*&^$%$^#&^

The real failure is the FBI, which was notified two years ago about the older brother's radicalization. Nothing to see here folks, just like Hasan was not a threat to anyone. Mustn't offend the Muslims.
While the blame lies squarely with the two perpetrators, this is yet more evidence that the department of homeland security is truly a bloated and useless bureaucracy.

They are the ones who are supposed be the central repository for all of the puzzle pieces gathered up by the various intelligence agencies.

They are the ones who are supposed to put all of the pieces together to determine who might be plotting what.

They are the ones who continue to demand more and more access to phone records, email, internet activity, etc. of EVERY American citizen.

More information will come out as time goes by.

Our intelligence community, under the leadership of Obama, Holder, and Napolitano, carrying on the failed policies of the Bush administration, has again failed to produce results. And American are dead or maimed because of it.

We understand you're upset that the Boston bombers weren't tea-partier white guys, but calm the hell down.

Even you, the most dense of the dense cannot be lost on the fact that after searching for a week, the only reason this lunatic is in custody is because a homeowner informed 911 that there was a guy in his boat. After closing down a city, this same guy was probably in this same boat the entire day.

I might add, this homeowner is probably damn lucky to be alive. Let's let the true heroes have their moment.

In the meantime, you really need help.

It's too bad your disappointment and hatred is being taken out on an ordinary citizen. Hell, for all you know, the homeowner has a license to conceal and carry! or worse yet <gasp> a tea partier! Why isn't he in jail?

You accuse the the guy of being escorted, weak-knee'd. Tell us, all brave one, what would you do? What was your contribution to this mess? You, who have spouting off all week that "gun nuts" weren't there to solve the problem. What exactly did you do?

Your hatred is only hurting you. Get help.

PS- The "what did I do" argument works better, if you've done anything....As it is, it's weak, old, and stupid. The guy was out when he was told to stay in, he's lucky to be alive, and had to be spoken for...NO HERO, zero.

My happiness is contagious, you're missed a great stock tip, because you're a moron.

Lying POS.

"George Pizzuto, a friend of Henneberry's who lives nearby, told ABC News that Henneberry discovered Tsarnaev when he went outside "to get some fresh air" after Gov. Deval Patrick lifted a curfew imposed on Boston-area residents, and in Watertown in particular, while police conducted an intense door-to-door manhunt."
