This will take the MN excise tax on cigarettes to 2.54 a pack.

North Dakota is 44 cents.

Won't be long before semi-monthly trips to N.D. will be on par with the former Seniors bus trips to Canada for prescriptions.

That people who live healthy tend to live longer and use more of the expensive end of life care?
