Isn't the City of St Paul wonderful? No Morning tows. Thank you. Just keep putting those revenue generating citations on our vehicles. Follow the Money! Don't bother to get PLOWS OUT to HELP CLEAN what they should have CLEANED before. I just drove down a residential street where the plows missed the curb by 4 feet each side. No wonder we cant drive on the streets.

Whereas the plows in Brooklyn Park managed to close to the curb for the plowing.
.
To the point that they even made it easier for those sidewalk plows had a easier job.

I just took a drive thru the city. Lots of violators with no tickets/ no tows. What good are rules if nobody obeys and nobody enforces. O I forgot, we live in a kinder gentler world now.
