"Grossly negligent" in handling the termination of an employee? I didn't know we had laws against that!
These lawyers and crime victims have no shame. It's now a common practice to try to capitalize on every tragedy. I hope we have a judge or two with the nerve to dismiss cases like this as frivolous!
