Birmingham police seek public's help in finding homicide suspects

BIRMINGHAM, Alabama - Birmingham police said they are looking to the public for help in a slaying that happened Saturday afternoon in Ensley.

Police responded to a report of shots fired shortly before 3 p.m. Saturday. When they arrived on the scene, they found a male victim lying in the road at the intersection of 33rd Street and Avenue E.

Quintin Long, 22, of Birmingham, was pronounced dead on the scene.
