i think this will be Dennys last taste of freedom. When all is said and done, i hope he finds himself spending the rest of his miserable life behind bars.

who cares about hecker.if this was a normal person without tons of hidden money ibet he would have been locked up a long time ago.but leave it to greedy american justice to linger things on as long as they get a buck or two.example.OJ TRAIL, MJ TRAIL,CONRAD MURRY,and there are many more.point is ,money talks here in america.and those without it are useless according to the government and law jerks

Please...Jailed for alimony, come-on, this judge just wanted a spot in the news...a family court judge gets no attention---it is a step up from a daycare worker. If Heckers is going to jail, make darn sure it is because of his alleged illegal business dealings. My prediction: He'll walk!
No way, with the media blitz, will he get a fair trial! He'll walk! Bet?

According to the story, Hecker's attorneys are asking that Denny not be made to reveal all his financial information because of pending litigation.

In other words, he is going to plead the 5th amendment because giving the financial information in family court will jeopardize him in criminal court.

I guess that will probably keep him out of jail. Until he is convicted.

He had $4000.00 in his wallet when they booked him.
He said it was for food and bills. Doesn't sound too broke to me.

Denny should have rat-holed some dough and fled to South America when the getting was good. He could be sitting on the beach in a non-extradition country right now.

Maybe a wake up call for Hecker. Just a small taste of what can happen when you think you are above the law.
Lets see if he starts coming clean and being truthful with the courts and his legal troubles.

We will see if the leopard can really change his spots.
