Why doesn't this report say whether the gun was legally owned? This is exactly what is wrong with liberals. There is a sentence guide-line of 5 years for the gun possession alone, not to mention endangering the children. And this judge gives the guy a year, which is 9 months in Minnesota.

You know damned well that if the shooter were the registered owner of the gun, the media would play it up big time.
MN's gun problem is within the court system, not with the legal owners of firearms.
