I am sure those outlet mall stores will pay far higher wages than the small business owners did. Mechanics make around $40 -$50k, isn't that what part time retail store help gets paid?

The outlet mall will make a nice addition to Eagan, enhancing property values and providing much needed tax revenues.

The Cedarvale area was mostly empty and badly needed something done with it. Everybody wins with the outlet mall.
