I believe it is Law that Congress pass a budget. We have seen any action on a budget from the Senate in 4 years, dispite the fact the House has sent it one every year. Not only is Reid obstructing the budget but is also breaking the law and should be arrested. Why do we permit such morons to continue in DC. Sorry, I forgot, he is a democrat and they allow morons to represent them!
