Hopefully one of the next gas stations he stops at, they detain him and call police, so he can be returned home. My thoughts and prayers are with his family on his safe return.

My sister had an elderly friend who went off driving when she really shouldn't have had a vehicle anymore, but until she drove to Sauk Center (is there a reason seniors drive northwest?) she wasn't discovered until she pulled over to the side of the road confused. This woman was single, no children, one niece that lived out of state. Sometimes when there is no family or anyone with power of attorney, these folks can often go undetected as a danger to themselves. Glad they found this guy as well.

Well, this Detroiter ended up in St. Paul. Funny, I don't remember receiving any type of benefits for moving here. Oh, yeah, that's right - I actually got a job! Some people from the "D" actually are productive members of society.

LOL I work at an eye dr's office. I'd say about 85% of our pt's SHOULD NOT BE DRIVING. Most of them come in by themselves. Where are their families?!?!?
