If you cannot be original, I understand... Your pesky low IQ.
You have to keep in mind how much "help" Danica probably had in this race. Her DADDY, and go-daddy, throw TONS of money at her, promoting her and giving her better and better equipment.
Last year, she crashed out within the first 5 laps, and took out Jimmie Johnson as well. Not exactly a sparkling debut.
Her first year at Indy in the Indy 500, she crashed out the driver AHEAD of her near the end of the race, on a PACE LAP. Swell. The only thing that was talked about was how she finished third, NOT the "crash".
This year, she probably had a better car, a better owner and team, and the NASCAR officials probably told the other drivers not to "tap" her car, especially in the turns. They didn't want the ONLY woman in the race crashed out by a bunch of "rednecks".
I'd say that she raced fairly well, I thought if she finished in the top ten, she could say that she had a good day, which she did.
She did however, drop from 3rd to 8th in the last half lap, probably due to her inexperience. At that point in the race, your spotter can't do very much anymore, your skills, guts, and instincts have to take over.
The "boys" won't be so kind at the smaller, slower tracks, where the risk of injury is much less. She may be a rookie in NASCAR, but she isn't a rookie racer, so if she wants to remain competitive, she better get more aggressive, or her cars will need a lot of body work the rest of the season. We will see how she does with another 400 hp at Phoenix, Martinsville, and the other mile and a half tracks, along with the road courses.
As far as your "teabagger" comment goes, you can go ahead and EFF yourself.
