People in Minnesota seem to have a very poor understanding of how a 4-way stop works and gods forbid they encounter a 4-way flashing red light. They also seem to have a hard time with right on red since most of them don't actually stop first before turning right. And roundabouts are an even bigger challenge for them since they are not usually too keen on letting other cars merge or change lanes. What do you suppose a low cost option could be for this very busy intersection?
Oh ya, a roundabout. MnDOT seems to be enammered with the roundabout so why not install one at 120 and 36?
