You think a few million in pay is anything compared to the tens of millions from the work stoppage or pay/benefits for the 18,500 workers? You even mention that they owed $160 million to the pension funds, which contradicts just what you say "killed the Twinkie".

You left wing nuts keep posting that 300% figure that came from a redacted document; was of a person who left the company 8 months ago; that even the redacted document admitted wasn't accurate; and even if true would have only been in effect for less than 2 months before he quit.

I also notice that the lying sack of shit know as Slew Jumbo keeps leaving out that Hostess offered the workers 25% equity in the company and the Unions 25% of the seats on their board.

So you "think" that owning 25% of the companies' equity and controlling 25% of the board is not a great benefit to the Union? Tell us again how a few raises sunk a company that owed $160 million in pensions?

P.S. How much did those questions cost me, oh wait you want to be paid for answers. You are a brain dead PoS.

As workers were asked to take an unconscionable 30 percent cut to wages and benefits, Hostess CEO Greg Rayburn approved a $1.75 million set of bonuses this year for his cadre of corporate cronies.
Oops, did anyone clear this with the trollop ???

Actually that's 2 sentences genius.

Add to that if you believe in socialist principles move to China. This country is founded on capatalist ideas which are being attacked by those that support labor unions.

As farf as "bad management" you think a worker worth $14.00 and hour based on his/her skillset should make $28.00 and hour and live next to their doctor? YOU MORON. Hosess BEGGED fo concessions from it's labor force yet got none. I hope the little idiots who worked there go homeless. Unions are nothing more than legalized extortion.

Maybe we should have the kid who mows your lawn for $20 a week go on strike because he woke up one day and felt you should pay him enough to go to college and now wants $120 each time he fires up his mower at your place. Of course you'll say that's not worth it and find another boy to do the lawn but unfortunately he might take up the unions practices of intercepting the new kid, beating him up, vandalizing his equipment and your place and blocking any access to your lawn by others.

Dumbass....go live in another country...you don't appreciate the one we reside in that's for sure.

I love how those who support unions talk about management. The dumbasses couldn't read a balance sheet yet they think they have some input on how companies need to be run.

Get lost punk.

Damn skippy.

Stay in school and you'll never have to find yourself some union scum who has to use extortion to earn a decent living given you'll earn it instead.

Good point Slew.
