Fiscal Cliff...how many do you think will refuse this nice little bump on principal. Oh yeah, no principals in DC.

We really do have a spending problem.

After a 2 year freeze, a small pay raise seems fair, unless you're a bitter old man....

Or unless you are in charge of a country running an annual $1.2 Trillion deficit annually. How about they get a raise when they actually get the deficit under control.

Congress and the Pres should get NO PAY starting Jan 1 2013 UNTIL they balance the budget with cuts and tax increases ON EVERYONE including those on Welfare.

How about they get a raise when they actually do something relevant to resolving the issues facing our nation instead of being a bunch of self important hacks.

How about they get $500/day for every day they actually spend in DC in session? What did they work this year, about 120 days in DC?$60 grand is more than generous for that amount of work.

OK OK, the Federal Government has done a fastastic job they deserve a raise. Plus you know the cost of living is skyrocketing and they are having a tuff time making ends meet.

The non-Fed private sector employees are payed way more than the Fed employees.

Maybe we should feed the elected representatives that don't get their jobs done to a Michael Moore that we make skip breakfast.
