St. Paul seeks delay in inspection takeover; state details problems
The city of St. Paul asked a Ramsey County District Court judge to delay a state decision that would almost immediately eliminate 15 city restaurant, pool and business inspectors and supervisors.

Too bad the state can't take over the city completely. There'd be a lot less loafing & incompetence & we'd get more efficient service for less tax dollars.
