Minnesota continues to lead U.S. in gas prices

We also have charging stations for electric cars, that no one uses.
I do wonder why they had to close both refineries at the same time, though.

To be fair, this is scheduled maintenance. All refineries need to do this (I think) twice per year. You would think they could stagger this though.

I have been told by a client in the energy business that the current shutdowns are longer and far more comprehensive on the hoops to jump through in order to acquire the permit to re-open again. There are a number of new regulations the EPA has implemented and that is causing it to be approximately twice as long for the down time.

Nah, that's what free public transit is for. They aren't smart enough to figure-out how to get a free ID, but could probably rattle off all the bus lines needed to get to the welfare office.
