She lost her husband in 2k, the effect would be in 2001... If she had equity, she could have refinanced at the higher value, common during bushwhacker...her loss now.

So now it is Bush's fault that she and her husband were not responsible enough to carry life insurance, enough to pay off the mortgage? It is Bush's fault she may have used her house like a personal ATM? Then it is Bush's fault she lost the house due to poor planning and decisions. I get it, mr low integrity poster. Personal responsibility is a fictional concept in your world

Now We KNOW who wrote this tripe...

"We can put light where there's darkness, and hope where there's despondency in this country. And part of it is working together as a nation to encourage folks to own their own home."

You are saying she wouldn't have been affected (personally or financially) the year she lost her husband? You are also saying that her losing her public sector job 3 years after Bush left office was somehow Bush's fault?

If you have to ask what I'm saying, perhaps ESL or GED classes are a better WASTE of your time.... LMAOROTFU~! Ps- Just for YOU !!

It's
It's is short for it is or it has. This is a 100% rule. It cannot be used for anything else. If you cannot expand it's to it is or it has, then it is wrong.
Its
Its is like his and her.

His is used for masculine things.(These are his pies.)
Her is used for feminine things.(These are her flowers.)
Its is used for neuter things.(These are its footprints.)

Blaming the death of your husband for something that happened 11 years later is like claiming you can't get rid of your baby fat when the kid is 11 years old.
And, don't tell me an attorney with a wife and 4 kids didn't have life insurance. This woman is used to getting special treatment, and doesn't think the rules the rest of us live by apply to her.

So, you're not only a homophobic bigot, but you're too dumb to know the difference between a public and private union.

gal could have done the same thing I did. when my dad died. I took the money I inherited and paid off my mortgage on my place.
.
even if there was not enough to pay off her entire mortgage with the money she most likely got from him. she then could have either kept at the same amount of payments. or refinanced to get a lower payment. the first one would have gotten the house paid off faster.
