The latest finding of the invasive tree killer was along the road to the Pigs Eye dump.

In other words trees being hauled there have the Borer falling off or flying off to infect trees there.

This failure of Government to have infected trees properly treated before moving them around means the entire metro is INFECTED!!

Because whereever infected trees were hauled probably now have the bugs that spread the infestation.

Thanks a bunch Government!!

The sad fact is "stupid" can't be fixed.

I am in favor of smaller government that protects me from every possible outcome.

Actually, the reason for the infestation at Pigs Eye is due to the inability to process tree waste in time before the beetles flight season begins in late spring. The ash debris was moved there during the dormant season when no beetles are flying and was not able to be processed in time due to flooding several years ago.

Daily Horoscope for May 26

Cancer

You're in the mood to enjoy yourself today, so anything resembling hard work will come a long way down your list of priorities. However, other people may not share your views and will wonder why you aren't busily doing your bit. Try not to fall foul of a boss or superior because you aren't working hard enough. Far better to get the work out of the way and then have fun, because then you can enjoy yourself with a clear conscience.
