This is what happens when you move your Gers to the burbs.

"Brookings, a leading source of analysis of urban trends, stresses that the large suburban numbers are important to notice, and notice early. Its report is based on U.S. Census data.

Its national list of fastest-rising metros for suburban poverty includes ailing areas like Detroit and Sun Belt foreclosure hot spots such as Las Vegas. But it also includes some prosperous, well-educated areas such as the Twin Cities, Denver, and, close to the top 10, Charlotte, Portland and Madison."

This is courtesy of the Metropolitan Council. This unelected governing body gave us the Minnesota Livable Communities Act.

When you get there, go around the back, knock softly 2 times, then knock loudly 2 more times. Tell the guy at the door that you are there to give money to Markie-Mark.

$100 in unmarked bills gets you in the door. After that, you need to negotiate your own deals.

Wouldn't it be easier to just download them from the internet for free? Leave it to the Met Council to try and peddle a product that can be had for free from thousands of other sources.

White people work hard to be able to afford living in a nice safe community. Lazy blacks whine and complain, cry racism and demand free housing in a nice community. Thus, turning the nice community into an armpit.
