And actually most of your post appears to be true, except for the "Obamaphone" title. The program began under Reagan, I believe, to provide phone service to those that can't afford it.
You call it "Obamaphone" to falsely intimate that Obama started some new kind of give-a-way to "buy" voters, which isn't true.
In May, 2011, the program had 4,000,000 subscribers. By my calculator, that is a growth of 2,000%.
What a shame Obama can't even claim a 1% growth rate on JOBS.
