If he rides this forum for entertainment or some demented pleasure then he should be investigated as he has the mentality of Adam Lanza. IF however he rides this forum because he is compensated THEN he's just a dumb phocker willing to sell his sole to the devil, Obama.

Smart Liberal wrote: Wow, "the arrest is part of the crime". What a brilliant statement! For a moron. Henderson is charged under the HIPAA law. I'd love for any of the big fans of the police state to explain the justification behind that one. So let me get this straight. It's a crime to film a crime, and the act of filming the crime is in itself a crime, but it's ok to have tv shows filming moonshiners and making moonshine, or growing weed and packaging it for distribution, which are, crimes. Man, if I ever need an attorney I'm calling honey slew slew.

It is amazing how low mr low integrity poster can go. I think it is like a limit from calculus, as the slewche's posts approach infinity, the valuable content and/or integrity contained in said posts approaches zero. I am pretty sure this can be proven mathematically by some aspiring young mathemetician.

Funny, you claim the filming is the crime and the "guy" was 30' away, when he refused to identify himself and interfered in an investigation ??? He MUST have been charges with a "film crime", right ??
Oops- His crime was obstruction of legal process and disorderly conduct, both misdemeanors.

He was 30 feet away sitting on a bench. Refusing to identify yourself won't make you any friends in the police dept, but unless this is Commie China, that's not against the law. This will be fun to watch when it goes to court.

Was he 30' away, when the cop took the camera ?? Ps- Nice lie, no bench was mentioned...
The deputy, Jacqueline Muellner, approached him and snatched the camera from his hand, Henderson said.
"We'll just take this for evidence," Muellner said. Their voices were recorded on Henderson's cellphone as they spoke. Henderson provided a copy to the Pioneer Press. "If I end up on YouTube, I'm gonna be upset."
Henderson calmly insisted he was within his rights to do what he was doing. He refused to give his name.

Maybe you should put a bet on whether the charges will be dropped mr low integrity poster. If they are valid charges, they will get a conviction, if not, the charges will be dropped or the man will get off. Get your mythical bet out to back up your crap, we all know you would never pay, mr low integrity poster.
