And then there is the fact that he waited until the next day to report the incident. The guy isn't dealing with a full deck.
I wonder if he had a Thanksgiving dinner with two dead bodies in the basement.

Sociopath,

Normal functioning human beings understand that yours, and his, Pathological Psychosis have nothing to do with Political Affiliation!

Coddling of Sociopaths like you (By the Demokrat Victims Party) are why there are Feral Children like this that "Feel" they are ENTITLED to other peoples "Free Shaat".

They had Demokrat Single Mommy's not raising them, Demokrat Teachers not educating them, and Demokrat Policing Agencies and Courts pandering to them!

You should consider going to Green Bay and breaking into Crassus' Castle!

Moron, there are already plenty of laws. That is why he is being charged with murder because he broke those laws.
What do you think?

Owner of guns bought without ID from “friends”, plus anti-gun nut, plus gun banning anti-second amendment advocate = hypocrite.

That's our Honey Slew Slew.

I also posted the article because this did not happen how Smith said it happened. How did he know that there were only 2 intruders when he was in the basement? How did he know to wait to ambush the girl? What 18 year old would walk down into a basement after the other teen was just shot multiple times there?

P.S. Are Republican or Democrats responsible for most of the gun violence in this country?

"P.S. Are Republican or Democrats responsible for most of the gun violence in this country?"

Immorality is responsible for crime.

The Immorality of To many Laws! is responsible for creating criminals.

There are VERY FEW real crimes....and most of those are "Justified" by an Immoral Culture.

The Immoral Culture is founded in the immorality of an Education System that is the root of our destruction.

These Two Criminals that terrorized this Sociopath were not born, they were created.

100% of the blame for the Failed Education System lies with the Demokrats that manipulate the System.....And their coddling of Dependents with Government Jobs as "Teachers", who fail over 1/3 of our children, but vote 100% Demokrat.

The Government Schools are responsible for all crime, except those committed by the 10%, like our Seattle Sociopath.

An idiot would think. "Hey we were all drug crazed young liberals who committed 1st degree burglary on Thanksgiving once." IDs should have been checked before shots were fired. The man should have buried the bodies and never reported it.

I agree that Smith seriously crossed the line. He is not "all there". Hard to say if we will ever know the whole story.

Wonder what prompted these kids to do something this foolish in the first place?

Same rules apply to homeowners as COPs.

In Woodbury the COPs shot and killed an unarmed hostage after mistaking him for a crimminal. BTW the unarmed hostage was shot MANY times, way more than needed to put him down and remove the threat.

Were the Woodbury COPs charged with murder 2 for overshooting an unarmed hostage?

COPs retire after age 55, because the job is stressful.

This homeowner is 65 years old with aged judgement. He is not in a mental state to have sound judegement. These kids should have known the homeowner had been previously vandelized and was probably very upset. COPs are trained to control emotions and make correct decisions, even then COPs still make fatal mistakes like in Woodbury and elsewhere.

This homeowner is not a trained COP and older and protecting himself from unknown intruders, he did good.

These kids were guilty of murder of themselves, they were very stupid and "had" crimminal minds.

However they won't do that again AND JUST MAYBE some other punks will think twice before breaking into a house for fear of what they might encounter.

This homeowner could be charged with the same crime as the Woodbury OR many other COPs who kill unarmed innocents, NONE!!!

As far as the homeowner finishing off the female and giving the COPs a Thanksgiving day off, he was temporily insane so evaluate him and tell him to not do that again, probation with police protection for him and his property. Inadaquate police protection is what caused this entire mess in the first place. How many breakins before COPs act?

He executed both of them after they were incapacitated. A cop would also be charged with murder if they did that. Repeat he is not being charged for shooting two burglars, he is being charged for murdering two burglars after he incapacitated them.

Temporary insanity, slap his hand, probation and police protection for him and his property. Again this would never had happened if the COPs had been proactive and caught the crimminal kids.

COPs could utilize current technology to catch crimminals instead of forceing howmowners to enforce the law and making mistakes like this. COPs love to fill out reports after crime has been commited OR in this case aprehend an innocent homeowner who was harrassed by kids into doing something dumb.

Seems to me that IS the bottom line.

COPs are cut all the slack they need.

Homeowners are NOT!

Homeowners are guilty until proven innocent, COPS are innocent until proven guilty (never guilty).

It's probably because COPs are a part of the Judicial System and homeowners are NOT!

Think about it, if you can (seattle).
