It was only an exaggeration. It was $500k for 10 water fountains, so "half million dollar water fountains" would be more correct, but only off by a factor of two anyway. Your definition of lies is very strange, and you don't get the whole exaggeration thing. Do you have Asperger's?

You are such a hypocrite, demanding precision from others, while having so little of it yourself.

In my world a factor of 2 is a lot. Guess you're in the hand grenade business.

Exaggeration is one thing and purposeful misrepresentation is another. Do you get that or are you on the spectrum?

It depends on what you are measuring Slewsie. The comment about the factor of two the original poster was making was this,$$50k per drinking fountain is too much, when you can get a drinking fountain that will perform the same functions for under $1000. Whether you pay a factor of 50 or 100 more for that drinking fountain is irrelevant, the waste inherent is the issue that was being elevated.

Sure, you NEED to clarify the topic or you're wrong... In this case the fountains aren't just fountains , they're art, but you HAVE TO IGNORE REALITY/LIE, to have a point... "Million dollar water fountains" - another blatant Smart Liberal lie.

Art? To who? For who? The people that drink water from them? The ones ignoring reality are the ones saying that water fountains should be considered art.

They are water fountains. Art is in the eye of the beholder, and I behold water fountains. You can call a piece of manure a gemstone, but I wouldn't.

Since we're talking about pieces commissioned from artists, they're hardly manure, moron... Nice you make illogical comparisons as your "proof", but it just degrades your credibility. LMAOROTFU~!

I wouldn't drink water out of something made from manure. I don't see how you draw that comparison, I said something I see as manure you might see as a gemstone. That doesn't make it a drinking fountain, it just makes it an analogy. Look it up. Look up "context" while you are at it, and maybe "hypocrite".
