I have a very nice older home in Haverhill Ohio
2200sq ft attached garage 1 1/2 acre level yard in a very nice upscale neighborhood.

Sell price is $138,500

Would prefer something close to the old Nicks Apple orchard on Lucasville Minford road across from Shoemaker addition.
Must have descent size yard for i have race cars and trucks of sorts.
