I may soon be looking to relocate to Mineral Wells for work as a restaurant manager. Can anybody tell me where to look for a rental home, or mobile, or apartment. I prefer a 3 bedroom, in or near Mineral Wells. Is there a predominate paper people use there, or a good place to go for a list of rentals?
Any help is appreciated.

There's not a lot available in Mineral Wells, especially in the way of apartments. And rental property seems to be very high for the area. If you can do Weatherford, you might get more "bang for your buck." The Mineral Wells Index is the local paper. Good luck!:)

That is not true, I rent a nice 3 bd room here in Mineral Wells for 525 a month and think that is very resonable. That was the avg price I got when checking around. There are about 3 or 4 landlords in town and all are listed in the mw index. Good Luck

MW Res, any chance you could point me in the right direction for finding a well-priced house? Everywhere I look is either a roach or a rip-off.

try NSC Properties. They have rentals, and sales for houses, apts, and duplexes. Decent prices for the area too.

Don't move to Mineral Wells. The town is full of drugs and trash. Since the drive is only 20 mins from Weatherford, Id stay there and make the drive.

There is not much available in Mineral Wells. The landlords do not keep the properties in decent living conditions. The appliances are ancient, walls need painted, carpet is old or dirty. The rent charged is wayyyy too much for what you are getting.

I would stay clear of Mineral Wells and look more into Weatherford. Drugs, crime, and bad people are everywhere. Most of the residents bum of the government anyways. If you do decide to move there, id recommend staying away from Country Club Estates and/or Spanish Trace Apts. Just looking out for you. Take care.

I have a 3 BD Room 2 bath. The neighborhood is one of the best in town. The lot is about 1/2 acre. It is about 8 min from anywhere in town. Looking for 700/month. If you need it now.....it will be 2 weeks. The last tenants left in a hurry....(non payments.) $300 deposit. A house like this will not be empty for long.

I have a 2 bedroom 1 bath that will be ready in about 2 weeks. I am doing some repairs and having it leveled. I am not a slumlord. This place is clean and nice and I only want a renter that will take care of it. The last renters destoried it and cost me a ton of money. I am very picky now. If you can pass a background check, have a job and references please go to www.landsoftexas.org and click on rentals. The rent is $575 but if paid only on the exact due date I discount it $50. Deposit is $500. I have had a lot of people that say that they want to rent it. I will only consider those that go to my website and fill out an application.
