Posted some photo's taken today and yesterday of the trash problem that exists below the surface of Lake Palo Pinto. The Lake is the primary water supply for a big portion of Palo Pinto and Parker County and a variety of Water Supply Corporations that purchase water from the lakes owner Palo Pinto Municipal Water District #1.

As evidenced this water supply needs a clean up as most of this trash and refuse is at water edge. With the Lake at less than 16% capacity and over 15 feet below normal time is of the essense. The pictures speak for them selves.

PPMWD#1 would be wise to organize a clean up, and seek volunteers from our community, this is a fair sized effort and adequate manpower will be required.
