To the people being so judgemental in this tragic situation..i aint worried cause i know karmas coming to find you..Me and Jay were child hood friends..me and him used to ride those lil battery operated trucks around and boy did we think we was something..haha..thats how i have always and am always gonna remember Jay.Unfortunately..I did not get to know him as we got older but im positive that he was just as sweet now as he was all those years ago.I hate knowing that we can never get to know eachother now but im also thankful that i shared the moment that i did with him.And to his daddy..if you read this your gonna know who i am..Just know that me,mom and dad are thinking of you,ALWAYS here for you and are also remembering Jay in everyway. We love you guys. *In Loving Memory of Jay* See you soon enough :) Love Katie Kendrick

Just when i post something i find something else that crawl my skin.i also think all you haters need to leave the driver alone..its not up to you what happens with him so therefore im pretty sure noone is interested in what you think. To my understanding they were best friends..He already has alot to deal with about this accident.Yes,better decisions couldve been made..things couldve and shouldve turned out different..but they didnt, thats life, its tragic and it happens. He dont need people that dont even know him coming in here spreading all these negative and unneccisary comments about him.I dont know the boy myself but i will say to him(if he reads these)..im really sorry how things ended up.I know from experience losing someone that close is hard to deal with,it may not get better but itll get easier with time.Take it day by day and dont let none of this stuff on here get to you.I personally dont blame you..everyone makes poor decisions sometimes. But dont let this poor decision and tragic outcome change you as a person. You just keep inmind that Jay wouldnt want you to beat yourself up nor blame yourself im sure and hes still your boy..Carry the good memories man, not the last one.Keep that head held high.

Good Lord Girl-did you go to school?
Your spelling and grammar is horrendous!
How old are you 13?
One can only hope YOU'LL learn from the event and keep it in mind when you get stopped by the police-surely you will be.
Look, most of don't know any of the folks involved, we just know a very stupid decision was made and someone lost their life because of it. More than likely these lil immature scamps were up to no good-it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out.

I sincerely hope that you never have to go through what Jay's father and I, Chuck and Jason have. If you ever do, you will find that saying or hearing unkind things only make the situation hurt more. Perhaps you could explain to me how Jay being dropped off at his home was "up to no good".

I went to grade school with Jay.. I can't believe he passed. He was always a good guy, whether or not he made poor decisions isn't in question. Accidents happen.

If all of you want to talk about horrible people and terrible crimes, why don't you go onto a website where you can post until your fingers fall off.... not where there's many friends and family who are trying to mourn and heal. You should not only be ashamed of yourselves but should really look in a mirror and realize you're the horrible person to judge someone who had no control of the situation.

And to the person who posted things about their criminal records... Not only was that unnecessary, but who the hell do you think you are? The public records? Did you actually pay to see the records so you could look like you knew anything about them on an internet posting? Now that's considered stalking.. and I believe Virginia has laws against that.. So who's the criminal now you creepy piece of crap
