it's tough but if doesn't start raining by july you have to ban fire works, i hate bans but this one is a must

Only thing is, that most people don't understand, is that no one, not the city or county can outright ban fireworks. It needs to be taken all the way to the State. Sales of certain types of fireworks is protected under state law.
