Matt, water IS the most precious resource!! Without it, there is NO life! Therefore, it is NOT "arguably." It IS!
"Water is arguably the most precious resource in the desert."

I have an official CWOP registered weather station and send current weather data to NOAA at 10 min intervals. All sensors are calibrated and traceable to NIST.
As of today 06-21-2011, my station has had .03 inches of rain from January 1, 2011. So in the southern part of the County of Luna there has been no precipitation except what is quoted above counted as measurable.
