Another upstanding member of the general area shows how stupid he really is. We've got to stop interfering with nature's efforts to improve the gene pool.

yeah sure. Marijuana will burn your house down and make you fight with the police. Lame argument. Why the hell this guy would be destroying a toyota while the house was burning is beyond me.

Tis the season. Rudy Sepulveda Jr will know soon enough the meaning of man-love as he'll be on the receiving end of many prison gifts this holiday season.
No...he will probably be let off again, just like the times before.

This is the product of probation which he will probably get again. It's really the systems fault that this happened. There is no money for jails and prisons because Fat Bill wasted our money on out of State trips and his bid for the presidency. The City has no money nor does the county because too many of the leaders are stealing from us(MaryAnn). Money that could go for a better Jail is being given to the Tour Of the Gila race. To the tune of $60,000.00. Too many payouts for people suing the City and winning. It's only a matter of time before people wake up and start demanding answers to why these kinds of things are happening.

This guy sure did show the world. Destroyed his truck and burned down the family house. Does this mean he was serious. What a tool.

It is documented Marijuana is a gateway drug. The only thing in danger from a pot smoker is food.

Really? I bet you have never smoked pot in your life, let alone smelled it. This guy was not high on weed. Weed does not make you act like this. He was probably drunk as hell or methed out.

I know that he needs help but it is not because of the drugs it is because emotionally. He is going through a hard time from being a child to becoming a man. I believe he acted this way because he was not prepared for the responsibilties that layed in front of him and for anybody who has anything else to say then FUCK YOU
Nice comment, potty mouth. Oh,and since he's such a swell fella I expect that you will take him into YOUR home and help him out, right? Maybe he'll turn his poor behavior on you and your belongings.Every violent character that gets arrested around here seems to have a few people that write on this forum to make excuses for the behavior. It gets pretty old, and let me inform you.. the majority of us see right through the bull, so save the sob story for his court date.

BIG MIKE and FRIEND Quit sticking up for the criminal. Look at his record. In 2009, Sepulveda had charge of battery dismissed by the prosecutor. In July 2008, he pleaded guilty/no contest to a charge of resisting and evading and completed one year's probation. In Dec. 2008, Sepulveda pleaded guilty to charges of battery upon a peace officer, two counts of assault on a peace officer, and resisting and evading. He received a deferred sentence in that case and was on probation until 2012. Send him away, DO THE CRIME PAY THE TIME!!
