On top of the hill was the old Jr. High and the High School is where the pre K is now. Stewarts wasn't there in the late 70's when I was there but the Village Inn (Billy Jo Wallace) delivered to the parking lot everyday and man the pizza breads that I ate there, WOW! Had some of the best days of my life there!

The Old Junior High was now the High School In 93 my freshman year. I also miss the Pizza Breads from the truck.I was speaking of the Grant Building because as a freshman the majority of classes I had was in that old building. Great memories!!!

I graduated from there in 1984. It was beside Stewarts, later it switched over to a Farleys hot dog stand. The chain saw shop was across rt. 60 from it. I loved those pizza breads and steak sandwiches Billy Jo & Jerry Wallace had on that Village Inn truck!! Hated to see the Village Inn close down!!

the building is about all that's left. the jr high is gone, the covered bridge out back across mud river is gone. unless you lived in milton or went to school there most folks would know where it was.
depends

It was either beside or across from Stewart's/Farley's. There is/was a street that ran between the two, so technically it was across that street. However, looking from Rt.60 you could argue that it was beside the hot dog place. Ran from approximately Heck Street to Newman's Branch (Dudley Gap) road. The newer looking part was added in the mid-late 90's to accommodate the middle school.

The Street that went to the Covered Bridge or the football teams practice field or the Parking lot!Jesus does it really matter? It was across from Stewarts or Fares or the Chuck Yeager plane since its gotta be so precise ofa location.Only people from Milton could turn a nice discussion about memories of high school into an argument of the location of the building! Smh

Kylee, read the original posting. It requested the location, not the memories OF said location. You and others bastardized the posting when you strayed away from the pertinent discussion. I can see this memory progression going something like this:
"... and after I'z dun eat in ma pizzer bread, I got ma fanger whet for the first time" ahh memories

Yeah the school sat beside the hotdog place just like it does now. All they did was tear down some of it and build some more.

Milton High School is a proud institution that has put forth more successful people than any other school in the country!

Just kidding, it's a crap hole. Can you imagine anything decent coming out of a Milton educational system? Too funny.
