If you have a son that likes to play basketball you should talk him into football ,baseball ,wrestling or even band because after middle school it's not worth his time. Or move to Putnam co

It's not worth your time in middle school either. It still absolutely amazes me how every coach that coaches their son/daughter is always better and makes the team. It's a shame- what's that teaching those kids?

I do not think coaches should coach their children & I agree midland basketball needs a major change for sure n I hope the leaders at the school see that.

Why dont u move to putnam co. Then milt. Do us all a favor with your constant whining and conplaining. And what do u expect from the coaches in Milton. Its not about winning there. Its about everyone getting to play and wear the uniform. If u realistically went in thinking that these coaches were not going to play thier kids then ur dumber than most. I sure expected it. What happened to coaches like stewart who didnt play their kid because he wasnt better than the 7 kids that did play all the time. Oh yeah people like Milt ran him off too.

Basketball ignorance seeps and oozes out of people from milton. Luckily they have a great middle school coach. The problem is losing is something that is acceptable and tolerated in milton. When they get people that want to break that cycle they run them off. Once losing becomes okay it is much harder to avoid. So u end up with a bunch of losers. Maybe not bad athletes or players but losers. Okay with the fact that they arent good enough. Not willing to put in the work to get better. Always blaming the coach instead of putting the burden on themselves.

But they sure have plenty of 8th place little league trophies that mommy made sure they got for participating to always look back on and remember the good days.

Hey happy 4420. You don't seem to happy with your random rants. Alot of what your saying is hard to follow I didn't say anything about the middle school. I said AFTER middle school. Maybe you should change you name to upset 2210

15 - 1 they played scrubs. The 12th grade group went undefeated when they was in the 9th grade and look now. Anybody that moves to midland for basketball is a dumb a$$. Most of the kids are trying to play somewhere else if they can or just going to another sport

Current seniors went undefeated? You're a moron, but everybody knew that already. Facts are stubborn things. The prior 3 seasons, the CM freshman have won around 12 games combined. Scrubs? Not like they play Teays Valley Christian or Hannan High. It's pretty sad that an adult, if you actually are, is running down a group of kids for being successful, which doesn't happen very often in basketball at Milton/Barboursville & CM.
