I think its ashame with the economy the way it is that cantenary (patriot coal) laid off 300 + employees only to be rehiring under a different name (winchester) with the same hr director and everything. all those families who are now unemployeed and these big companies could care less

When did they rehire? and who has been rehired? I got laid off and haven't heard anything.

they are hiring i guess new people. was running a ad for it and it and you had to send your resume to the same hr director and everything, from the address i got it was same place. you think they would of moved some of them from cantanary but i guess the older ones with the benefits they didnt want. pay was still starting out at 24.50 and now its a different name. if its not definetely the same location it is still same bunch and real close to where it was. guess thats a big company for you

its already gone they didnt run the ad long
