That town should have a CRIME WATCH like other places do. Then at some point you will be able to catch them in the act or before it happens.

Actually, "crime watches" have proved statistically ineffective for many years. There only success has been in shading public perception that citizens can be effective in actualizing decreases in crime. This allows police departments greater latitude in directing taxpayer monies to what is typically called "slush funds" for the purchase of drugs for undercover buys and the support of paid informants rather than pro active policing strategies. This has been a dirty little secret for many years and it has been very effective. Small town police departments simply lack the resources to cast an effective net over this type of behavior. As a consequence, acts like these remain a mainstay of criminal activity despite their underreporting in crime statistics like NIBERS and the UCR. BUT...the throwing of feces should still be an actionable method of retribuion for the victims...HA!

Sorry for the last post about throwing feces...I usually am pretty good about my meds but I've had to decide on gas for the car or my pills.

It is really great to have a "CIME WATCH" but you would wonder how long they are up, I am sure that the people do fall asleep in doing this crime watch. And they might miss something to report. So i would think that a crime watch person sohuld bre going around there area to look for things that are misplaced or to see if something is happing in there area.
