A wealthy Quincy lawyer--with
an extra payhcheck-- defended his neighbor
in a recent eviction case, recently.

The landlord's garage apartment did not have
storm windows. The tenant complained about
a mold problem.

The landlord's wife said the previous tenant
used candles--causing the mold.(The ceiling was entirely black.) Mold is not good for one's health.
