They can write it any way the police wants...the cops all lie for each other. There is no way on this world that you need to use excessive force and police brutality at some high school dance. These cops most the most part are young and ignorant, then comes along a 10 yr veteran and wants to show the young officers how it's done, What happens next is a feeding frenzy where all the cops need to take part in so they will part of the elite group of bullies. I have seen this first hand...and after the arrest was made and the suspect ( victim) is taken away, the cops that remain behind are all telling jokes and to how they punched, hit with flashlight and tasered the poor bastard. Need to make some huge changes is pur police depts across the nation.

It's a well known, unprovable fact that the cops in Mitlon, and most all of Santa Rosa county are currupt, billigerent, small minded, meat headed, and only getting worse. In fact, they are WORSE then the good old boys we had in the 60's and 70's... But that's only beacuse most people don't give a damn. In the mind of the county, if you've got a problem with anything they do, your a criminal.... Don't mess up, you won't go to jail. And the lease keeps gettin' shorter.
At least back in the day, they used coon dogs and blood hounds. A German shepard was bred by the NAZIS to track and KILL jews and whoever else (my father included) who tried to escape from the concentration camps. Think about it. The times they are a'changin'.

these stories of the Santa Rosa Deputies, do not surprise me. I know of a young man who was having a mental breakdown, and was asked by the deputies to help his family to get him to a hosp. Instead of doing that they literally beat the crap out of him. They lied on the reports, not even listening to the family. That man is in a mental hosp. and has been off and on since this beating. He has spent the last 6 months straight in the hosp. now. The police and D.A. are still fighting him even though one of the deputies lost his job over the incident. You are right the Santa Rosa Sheriff's department is corrupt, billigerent, and down right mean. Their car's say Serve and Protect, but it isn't the community they are serving and protecting. Please every one out there lets get a new Sheriff. Get out there and vote against Hall, if you want things to chang in Santa Rosa County, this is our only was to make things better. Get an Sheriff in the office not a politician.
