Is seffner a good place to live.

I am planning of moving to Seffner in a couple of months. How are the schools, I think my kids would be going to Burnette? What neighborhoods are good in the area? Is there a lot of crime? Thank any info would be nice.

seffner is dirty and you will hate it, its all trailer park trash. i know i lived there before. move to brandon.

Trailer park trash is how I would describe Brandon. I would suggest moving to one of the three incorpoarted areas of Tampa, Temple Terrace and Plant City. Everywhere else is just mindless sprawl.

justasking, move more south, preferable sarasota or rent a place in naples...u can rent cheap and better schools. If you have to be near tampa i'd say wellesley chapel or if you can hack a little drive go to st. petes. be well

I live in Seffner and its nice. I am in a nice subdivision near 2 interstates with a nice piece of prop and no back yard neighbors. Armwood HS is a good school and brings in alot of top notch athletes. Its not bad. Yes you do have trailer trash but that is in just about every town in FLorida.

Yes it is i live here it a good place to grow up in. Dover and some place in plant city have to much gangs most of tham are hispanics

OH.K. So I went to Burnett and Armwood, I moved to brandon(and it's not much better)... I seriously do not recomend seffner as a place for your kids to grow up in. I'll have you know that the nickname for seffner is methner.....hmmmmm....whit trash central...the road that your children's schools are on has hookers walking up and down them...I dont know if you have any daughters but I can recall several times where old men tried picking me up on my way to school. It's a very disgusting place full of nasty drugs and nastier people....and thats all i have to say about that. Goodluck
