Car salesman Tice questioned in Billings murder case sentenced
A man questioned extensively in the robbery and murders of Byrd and Melanie Billings in 2009 was sentenced to a year in county jail Monday and ordered to pay more than $175,000 in restitution for writing fraudulent checks while operating his now-defunct Pensacola car dealership.
