Great the increase in rates should be coming next. Now the town is really ready for someone to come in and make money developing Ford Ave. without the added expenses of upgrading the transformers to handle the extra needs. Well planned once again!

Look back on the history of Milltown council members who come in, make bad decisions, then move out of town.
Who, in their right mind, can honesty think that increasing Milltown's population by 15% is a good thing?
You can't get out of town NOW at 8:30am. How is it going to be when there are another 300-400 cars trying to exit Ford Avenue?
I have yet to see the most important study - what will be the impact as far as needing extra utilities, personnel (fire, police, sanitation, administrative, etc), busing additional students, and the tax burden to the residents to support it all?
Don't be fooled by the way this project is being disguised as housing for seniors.
It is nothing less than an attempt to make money by destroying a beautiful small town.
This is why no one has seriously proposed making that property into a park for all of us to enjoy.
