Got to keep some money in reserve for the free upgrades the developer for Ford Ave should be paying for!
Take a look up in town, the wires are so old they're peeling, the transformers on the pole are old outdated PCB containing relics. Every fix is done with a band-aid. Time to think of the residents and let the big boys like PSEG or JCPL buy it and reside it so everytime it rains the power first go out. It's time cut out losses!
