i dont think that the millington ymca director should have been fired it isnt just her problem and with the cost of everything going up everyone is having to cut back and she cant control that . they are putting the blame one one person and that is so wrong what happend to there is no i in team, every employee on that front desk is there for getting memberships what are the going to do fire everyone .

Bring your membership prices down your to high, don't blame it on the director for membership failures I can remember when i was a kid YMCA was free.

The membership will continue to decrease even with the new Director now. 2009
Thw swim teams lanes have been cut and so has the coaching staff. WE ARE LOSING SWIM TEAM MEMBERSHIP
