I really shouldn't judge but....who let's a 13 year old date??? Does any parent want their 13 year old daughter being involved with a boy??? what purpose does it serve except to possibly get her into sex? You know where 15 year old boys' minds are. I know times are different now but 8th grade?? I remember 8th grade and I remember being very young and their were kids interested in each other but very few dated. That was the early 80's but come on. She also looks much older than 13. My point is these parents have a child who is on medication for a Bipolar disorder or something like that, she's 13 and dating, I am not shocked that this happened one bit. Of course they think the world revolves around them, they are too young to be involved with each other and don't realize what they are doing. I hope that in the end, everything works out for these two. They are young and have a whole lifetime of dating ahead of them.

Me, and most sane and realistic parents.

Arent you glad your parents allowed to you be involved with the opposite sex?

To start healthy relationships and let her do what the other 30 million 13 year olds in America are doing, NOT always sex.

Those times are gone, and NOT coming back. This is 2008, we cannot continue to compare our lives to how they were, because they will never be the same. It is NORMAL encoded information in a boys brain to want girls. Is this bad?

Pak31...the first 4 words that you typed are correct...you really shouldn't judge. You don't know the families or details about this situation.

Gage is my cousins son. pak31 shouldn't make judgements and voice opinions without having all the facts. These are two good families doing their best to raise children in a fast moving world. And I remember being their ages......nobody told me what to do then either!
